What are SPF Classes

SPF classes are for all fitness levels. Each class consists of a warm-up, a blend of cardio and resistance training, yoga, flexibility, core and stretching. Mixing it up makes it fun, so every class will be a little different.

When can I start working out again?

Most doctors say that you can work out between 4-6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal delivery and between 6-8 weeks for a c-section. Remember that your body has really been deconditioned for almost a year. Therefore begin slowly.

Will I be able to keep up with the class?

We are all moms looking to get fit and promote a healthy lifestyle. Every class can be modified according to your fitness level. You will be with other moms who share similar experiences and interests, lots of moral support, and motivation. What a great way to make new friends!

How old does my baby have to be to attend?

We recommend that your baby is 6-8wks old and comfortable to be moved in the stroller safely. Being outside is awesome for you and your child, so if you have a toddler who is willing to tag along, the more the merrier.

How many times a week should I attend SPF?

To start seeing results, it is recommended to attend 3 classes a week.

Do I have to reserve a spot in class before attending?

Yes, so we have an idea as to how many people to expect, please sign up on our MindBody webpage

What should I bring to class?

Comfy workout clothes, sneakers, H2O for you and snacks for babe, sunscreen, blanket/yoga mat

What if it rains or is too hot?

Unfortunately class will have to be canceled. Updates will be made on Facebook and Meet Up.

How do I cancel my class reservation?

To make it fair to the other moms who are on the wait list, you have 2 hours to cancel. If you cancel after the 2 hours a class will be deducted from your package.

What if I get put on a wait list?

You will be notified via email up to 30 min before class that you have been removed from the wait list and are now in the class. Ask about text messaging…
